The Resources page is a new initiative for Executive Impact to further contribute to the knowledge base of practitioners within organisations.  

It will change considerably over time and we aim to provide new content weekly.

One of our future initiatives is to provide a forum for crowd sourced research

    Conference, seminar and workshop presentations. Note that copies of presentations have been edited to remove sensitive, copyright and IP materials.

    Publications by Executive Impact and our strategic partners.

    Case studies about organisations experiencing strategic and operational challenges that have either demonstrated aspects of resilience or have performed poorly.

    Executive Impact undertakes a range of probono and contract research. This section provides summaries of some of out recent non-confidential research.

  8. The Complex Problem Challenge
    Every two weeks we will post a complex problem related to risk, resilience, governance, strategy, security or safety. The challenge is to work through the issues before clicking on the suggested solution. We welcome your feedback on the problems and solutions. We would also encourage you to submit a problem and solution of your own.

The Melbourne Resilience Community of Interest 
The Melbourne Resilience Community of Interest (MRCI) is an independent forum for practitioners and researchers with an interest in developing a practical body of knowledge on resilience.

It has a focus on the  improvement of understanding and continuing development of practical resilience capability for the betterment of society.  This includes:
  • Organisational resilience.
  • Critical infrastructure resilience.
  • Workforce resilience.
  • Community resilience.

  The MRCI is a new collaboratiove inititaive and is currently in negotations for sponsorship - we hope to lauch this exciting collaboration soon.
